Interesting view of this award as a table medal.  I've posted a link to this medal, as worn, that Megan posted a while ago.  As Megan says, this medal came in Gold, Silver and Bronze but I have never seen pictures of a gold one.  Issued for helping to rebuild Berlin after WWII.
