Help again please with information on a badge

[DRB 1643]

I know I have seen pictures of this badge before but I cannot remember where. It looks like a form of executive level wound badge. I looked through your website Nick but was unable to find it. Thank you all for any information.

Thank you very much Nick. There was also a cloth patch that came with this that had the emblem of this badge on it. I'm guessing the worker would sew this patch onto their uniform? I'll post pictures of the patch when I receive it.
