What I found out about him I discovered here: https://orka.bibliothek.uni-kassel.de/viewer/image/1528278659644/549/ The army of Kurhessen was beurlaubt on 01.11.1806, as v. W. stood as Fähnrich in the Kurfürst Regiment, he went into prussian service in the same year and was a Premierlieutenant around 1835.
