Hans Brückner received SH3 and EK1 on 22August 1918. He should received it before (3 weeks probably). I have no more information. I have found him on Dresdner Nachrichten. I forgot to mention that he was from Dobien near Wittemberg in Germany If you have more information about him, thanks for your help.
