M73 sergeant uniform

hi guys, last week i went to an antiques fair and i found this sergeant m73 uniform, i found it under the name Moiseevn (which i assume is the name of the veteran), the uniform already came with the badges and tinnies so i bought the medals. I'm already providing a mannequin for the uniform, I think it was a great buy for my first soviet uniform
Does anyone know what the golden bars are under the patch?

to remove medals. throw out the cap. signs from the button to the sleeve: excellent student, class, runner in one row.
on the sleeve of the "minuses" by years of service, they were canceled, EMNIP, the year in 1985.
