EK 2 and Hindenburgcross for a danish soldier

Just see this on the site of danish auction house, not only the EK" but also the Hindenburgcross the dane from north sleswick got over the german embassy in kopenhagen.

I think this is a special group, maybe interesting for some of you.

the WW 1 memorials in north sleswick or south jutland are probably the only one without an iron cross

Interesting, but I am confused about the seal on that document, the eagle looks like the modern German Eagle and not the one used by the third reich, also no swastika in the seal. Did they still had the old one from the republik of Weimar in Kopenhagen at that time?

this is a good question, I have seen the old eagle also on similar dokuments. google find out that the swastika flag became the only national symbol on 15.9. 1935 https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reichsflaggengesetz

possible that it need also 2 weeks more until this was implementet in an embassy

just scanned through some award certificates of the Fek, none has a swastika on it in their seals, I must have seen many, but never noticed this before. So today I have learned something new, that a good day then!
