Dutch army cloth badge

Hi Gentlemen,
 

recently I was able to aquire the estate from a Dutch paratrooper beginning 

with the Dutch East Indies then Korea and then probably Koninklijke Landmacht.

 

Now I´m trying to research the estate continuing with this cloth badge.

 

 

Is this a part from the uniform?

 

I appreciate any help.

Yes, worn on the left arm shoulder of the service dress. This is an Army type.
