I recently added this WW I South African medal trio set to my collection but I am having some problems on find information about it?

 

On the Star

 

Pte

A. Brown

5th M. R.

 

On the other 2 medals

 

SPR  A. Brown. S.A.S.E. 

 

For example the medal roll I could not find it?

 

Any help ?

What is an utterbpain is there is no number and the amount of a browns around must be legion, will take an immense ammount of digging, could try Rhino research in South Africa.
