What kind of documents usually contained in them?

Maybe like in the USSR, awards for enterprises, certificates of heroes or certificates of unit banners?

Inside is the Ukaz for the award of marshal of Poland, Marian Spychalski, with the order of Sükhbaatar.

Dual language, mongolian and russian, mongolian side with live signatures of Zhamsarangiin Sambu and Tsedendamba Gotov.
