WWII ribbon bar "Africa Service Medal & OBE (civil)"

Dear Gentlemen,

 

I have this WWII ribbon bar with the African Service Medal ribbon and a OBE (civil).

This one is the last on the bar, shouldn't it be the fisrt? Thank you.

Thank you, for your comment. It could be that the colors have faded.

The ribbon of OBE is visibly wider (3.8cm - 1 1/2") than that of LS&GC (3.2cm - 1 1/4"). Besides OBE should precede all other ribbons.
