Farkas Posted June 18 Share Posted June 18 Hi Gents, I was lucky enough to find another Indian Medical Service FSC to complement the other two… I’ve got a ton of ton of IMS stuff I’ve been lucky enough to source, I’m still not entirely sure as to the structure of postings and uniforms. The first FSC is Victorian and in the then newly formed colours of the RAMC👇 A brief history below. My Peaked Cap 👆 and this latest FSC are both later, Edwardian, but are in IMS black despite the badges being those of a ‘substantive colonel’ (I believe). Ranks such as that would have been wearing RAMC colours or so I thought but apparently not 🤷♂️ Time has come to splash out 6 quid or so on the 1900 India dress regs!
