Does anyone know what the letters "W R W" mean on the badge?

I can't give you the significance of the actual letters, but it's the "Meisterschaftsabzeichen in Gold ohne Jahreszahl". There is also one round badge with different features illustrated. (Hüsken & Heering 2010).

The letters are for Weiß-Rot-Weiß.  However there is some dispute amongst collectors whether it is a membership badge for a Table Tennis group from Kleve or an athetics group from Vienna.... My belief is that it is for an athletics group as I have a photo of the cloth version of the badge being worn on a shirt at an outdoor event....
