Belgian Cross of Fire (Help needed

I have collected two Belgian Cross of Fire medals, and there are many differences in their design details. I want to know why there are two versions of this medal. Is it redesigned because it looks beautiful? Or is it because different manufacturers have different production details? I hope someone can help me answer this question.and thank you🍻🙂

There seem to be endless number of these medals of slightly different design.  Not just two.  I would say manufacturer design differences,
