First and foremost, my apologies for the lack of presence for the last few months. We made the decision to sell our home on Cape Cod and move back to Western MA to be closer to family. After months of searching, everything packed into storage containers, living with my Sister In Law and a hospitalization to further complicate life, we are finally settling into our new home! I’ve been dragging this display case around with me for over 40 years. Goes all the way back to my antique toy days, before I started on my medal journey. My wonderful wife took it out, thoroughly cleaned the glass and mirror and suggested it would be perfect for some medals! This is the result. I need to find an acid free felt or cloth for the base but couldn’t resist getting a display going!

Update! Lined the bottom of the case with some lovely black felt. A few new items in there. Out of space already and will be searching for a new case. I really enjoy the antique pieces so hoping to find another similar one.
