WW1 and WW2 Special Constabulary badges.

Hello, I'm trying to research British WW1 and WW2 dated Special Constabulary lapel badges. In particular trying to identify which badges belong to which period. Does anyone know of any useful websites or books that I could refer to please?

Yes, you need a copy of the book "Special Constabulary Insignia of England & Wales" by Dave Wilkinson & Jeff Cowdell. Privately published in 2021. 155 pages (A4 size) of coloured photographs of SC badges worn between the Great War through to the end of the 20th century. It is out of print but I have several new copies left. The cost is £25 per copy which includes 2nd class postage to a UK address.
