landsknechte Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 This medal was part of a lot I purchased recently, and is far enough from my usual stuff that I haven't much of a clue how to determine what I'm looking at. Can anyone help me with an ID?
graham Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 This may be of some help, there is a coin on this website that is close but not quite the same (missing the script at the bottom of the reverse (which looks like an 'AH or AN')): http://www.chiefacoins.com/Database/Countries/Ottoman_Empire.htm 1
demir Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 (edited) This is an unofficial constitution token. It was a souvenir for the proclamation of the constitution by Sultan. Edited October 24, 2024 by demir 1

Would have been a souvenir for someone who attended some sort of an event, or something that would have been more broadly available?
demir Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 More likely sold in the stores or souvenir shops 1
