If anyone has a way to acquire a digital copy of the Official Ethiopian Government Proclamations (called Negarit Gazeta), I'd really appreciate it. I'm looking specifically for:

Issue number 16 169/79 from 5 September 1979 titled: Medals and Orders Proclamation.

Issue number 9 257/84. I’m not sure of the date outside of the year: 1984 titled: Medals, Orders and Prizes Proclamation.
