Guest Rick Research Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 That is actually 50th anniversary of the liberation of the Ukraine, and as far as I know was simply given to all veterans living IN the Ukraine still alive then.I have a documented one in my Lastovka group in the researched groups subforum.
