Generalfeldmarschall Gottlieb Graf von Haeseler (19 Jan 1836 - 26 Oct 1919), the long serving commander of XVI. Armee-Korps from 1890 - 1903.

I might add that he ultimately became something of an advisor (baby-sitter) for the Crown Prince during the war.
