Hi,

This medal is of the 3rd Republic type, awarded from 1870 to 1951 (a record!!!!). It is obviously difficult to tell a date for it... I would say around the 1930s, but for this I would need to have it in hands...

I dont know the maker, the letters in de mark are "R J" I didnt findt this initiales back on the website Cataloge d'orf?vres, de peintres-verriers, d'architectes
