Baden ribbon bar

Hi everybody,

I want to share with you one of my friend latest purchase. My friend Fr?d?ric has begun by collecting french uniforms and he want to change his collection. I sell him my Baden medal and uniforms. His latest purchase is a beautiful ribbon bar from one officer of Baden. He give me the autorisation to make a copy of the ribbon bar and to post it to share it with you.

I have ID him, but if someone (except both Rick) can put a name on it, it will be great.
