GeorgeTo all: As for the Terek-Dagestan connection, if you look closely at the shoulder board you will notice a lowercase cyrillic "g" after the uppercase cyrillic "D" as Dave noted in his original post. Although the "g" doesn't appear in the above graphic, this would appear to be the unit.
