This just arrived today, more tightly wrapped than I From my meager references it's a K?rassier's blade

Made by Weyersburg & Stamm

and accepted in 1871

with the unit marked on the guard. Dunno what the little dingus is below the XI.1. Looks like it might be a crowned T or I.

I forgot about the Pallasch and my only reference is this.

So, Kurhessisches Train-Bataillon Nr.11. Anyone have any info on them?
