Paul R Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 Here is my latest addition. While it is not to a member of the medical profession, the uniqueness of it had me make an exception. A nice uniform set to CAPT Richard R. Smith. He was a veteran of both WW2 and Korea. He is the only person I can see in my books who was awarded both the Navy/Marine Corps Medal and the Bronze Star with the "V" combat designation device. As you can see, the ribbon bars are sewn onto the jacket. His citations are in this photo group as well. All I need is a hat, white shirt/tie, and shoes!
