It doesn't mention size in my book and 8cm is smaller,slightly, than a different shako plate I have. However, shako varied in height. I think with the help of any Gent who might know the height/size of this design ( ? ) it should be simple to confirm or disprove. Bayern Posted October 15, 2017 Share Posted October 15, 2017 Hello : Its a shako plate for the Royal Hungarian Honved . of the 1897 model .(curved sides ) the last model was the 1911 with straight sides .and more higher . the first model was the 1869 wich was round in shape .
