    1. Hello everybody! I would like to introduce to you a web forum which will devote most of it's attention to Slovene and other partisans who fought against the occupier in second world war 41-45. There is a column International and if anyone has any questions about awards, medals or battles and simillar, he is more then welcomed! http://slo-partizanstvo.forumn.net/ We are also making a web page which will be full of articles and photos/documents. It will launch in the next few days, first only in Slovene language.
    2. Like you said, not rare at all, I have few in my collection. Organisation in Slovenia still exists but it's rejuvenated.
    3. I've seen these before, nothing special. 1. screw-type 2. converted to pinback in ZIN kovnica All other types are made at a later stage. wlodzimiers, yours is defenitly OBU 1 and made after 63.
    4. Hello guys. SasaYU warned me about this topic so here I am. A set of anti-aircraft protection from my collection composed of two certificates (wife and husband), book of instructions how to protect yourself before aircraft attacks, biochemical gases and similar, a flyer and of course a badge.
    5. Congrats, like I said, very rare, superb catch, I like the document which is super rare.
    6. I don't have the original ribbon on, it would be an extreme luck to get one.
    7. Well, no. There were around 3000 Partisan Stars 1CL made and only 627 awarded. This doesn't mean that stars with numbers bigger then 627 were never awarded.
    8. Mine russian-made screwback PS1 arrived today. What a beauty!
    9. Insituted in 1945. Given to Soviet enginers and other military personal for building bridge over river Dunav. Made from brass. Issued unknown but less then 5000. Ribbon: blue white and red with star (Yugoslav flag). Very rare medal and as far as I can remember never seen on an ebay auction. If anyone is interested, PM me with your offer, I'd be even more glad to trade it for some WW2 stuff.
    10. Russian PS1 types that are converted to pinback in IKOM are valued the same as original screwback PS1 types (I'd even rather have a screwback type). The extremly rare types are with marks(!) IKOM on the rear side. Those are worth a fortune!
    11. How much do you think the Vis medal is worth and how many were they made?
    12. My favorite and probably one of the most important partisan orders. I love it! I have few in my collection.
    13. These medals also exist in gold color, seen in private collections. Have a nice day!
    14. I have the same case in my collection. You know more about it?
    15. WOW! After this topic I'm starting to like this medal! Really cool! Do you have any info if any variation is harder to find and maybe even more expensive? How do prices go? Thanks for sharing!!!
    16. There are a bunch of sites like megaupload and they are all very easy to use. One of them is rapidshare -> fast download speeds!
    17. WOW! Stuned! I'm looking for my hero (the real golden one) for a really long time now. Can someone help me out? I want to get it!!! One of the most important the most beautiful Yugoslavian orders!!! And btw, the tombac one should be less then 100 euros, not 1000!
    18. It's true it doesn't have ranks but it's defenitly from the same series! Maybe the author is someone else but all three medals are pretty similar and they all were manufactured in engraver workroom of Silvo Canker from Ljubljana.
    19. lol no miniatures exist for this medal but they actually are the size of a miniature. =)
    20. Me too. On the obverse you can see the same nurse with wounded partisan as on the medal for hospital Pavla. The shape and the size of the medal is also the same. On the rear side there is the initial of the name and surname in the center and around it there is a title "PARTIZANSKA BOLNICA VZH. POHORJA P-2". Ribbon is a bit different - 5 angles and a star in the center. Only 70 medals were made, 62 with the name and surname and other 8 without it. They gave medals on the 40th anniversary of the end of the war - on 21. july 1985 on Pohorje. Like I said - rare as hell - never seen one to buy it.
