Hi, he probably figured everyone who got a medal from the kaiser got one. As it was up the unit to print the info, he was just a lucky boy that they personalised them. Best Chris -

I always thought Polyester was avaoided like the plague. If I remember all our uniforms were cotton, with the reasoning flame, flash or burn would turn polyester into a bubbling burning mess on your skin? Only recently are good flame retardent facrics being used for uniforms..

Well, I suppose it could be worse.... Bitten by Russian girls and forced to kiss a riesen Schnauze.... Having been bitten by a number of dogs and having kissed a few girls... I think the world must be at peace if these are the biggest things the cops have to complain about... :-)
