Well worth looking at this - a very highly skilled sculptor in gold and silver. I though his Griffon was very good - but the Nef or, sailing

ship is exceptional. During the middle ages they had salt bowls in the middle of the ship and it was pushed down the table for people to

help themselves. Whilst the workmanship is exquisite, I'm still not sure about his obsession with skulls - I suppose there is a market

for pendents and bracelets. I think Robin will be a customer ? Thanks for showing this link. Mervyn

Here is one I have, never knew what it was for....

I got it with some ground dugs WWII (German items)I bought once.

I only saw one very simillar of a guy on a forum, who got it the same way as I did.....

It could be a walking stick end , it fits in a hand palm.

Sorry , pushed the wrong button!

Looks very much like British general WWI collar patches.

Here is mine;

And some other Belgian military, militia or para-military buttons;

Here is the place they will have to fit in, among other non-regular Belgian army buttons (3 last rows!);

Buttons are one of the also a point of intrest to me.

Not only military related, and all coutry's is what I collect.

Just got these post war 5 th lancers buttons in;

That goes for the Belgian chief medals as well; most of the ones one get to find are unissued!

After the Indian en Zulu chief medal's,I tought it would look good to show the Belgian medal's to the local chiefs and sub chiefs.

Pic's arent mine they come from e$ay.

These medals didn't come with a ribbon, but with a "water closet drain" chain.....to be wear around the neck.

I'll try to complete the thread with more pic's as soon as I found them.
