Hi everybody, Today I have received this nice medal bar. Now the group is complete, like I already have the ribbon bar. The St Henry knight cross is a typical Scharffenberg cross. The only connection between Kingdom of Saxe and Reuss is about the J?ger Btn Nr. 13. Of course the Reserve unit has same connection. There is only one officer who received this medal bar : Leutnant d. R. Hermann Hartung from R.J?ger Btn Nr. 13. Christophe

For the moment I find this : Uffz HOH Max from IR Nr. 94 , he received AEZgX, AEZsX and SW Uffz SCHWANZ Karl RIR Nr. 98, he received AEZgX, AEZsX and SW. That's all, so probably our man is from IR NR. 94. I'am waiting for Rick's reply Christophe

Hi, Many thanks for sharing picture with me Like Mc Swiggan said he's probably from IR Nr. 94. I will look in the book if I can find a name. Like there is only 366 SW awarded during the war, I will see what I can do for you. Christophe

Very nice photo of Saxon officer. I like a lot the officer with SF2. I can't clearly see if he received swords or not on his SF2. It is possible for you to make a good close up of this medal.
