Of course you can buy the following book : HOLZMANN (August), Badens Orden, Offenbach, Phaleristischer Verlag, 1997, 275 p. and to finish, the volume 5 of O'CONNOR (N.), Aviation airmen of Imperial Germany and the men who wore them. I can't find the KO4 in the Rangliste 1914. He served with the I.R. Nr. 77 just before the war but there is nothing. He probably received this order between publication and the beginning of the war Christophe
