    1. Belgrade is mentioned because the chancellery of orders was located there. The stamp mentions the chancellery of orders but does not mention any location except for Yugoslavia. Also what does 1280202 - H 535 - 12-8-48 - 2000 mean?
    2. I also haven't seen an awarded IKOM type Partisan Star. Here's the Soviet awarded PS 3rd class which was awarded in 1952 (group of photos from the internet, not from my collection). Too bad there wasn't a photo of the back side. If the Soviet types were still awarded in 1952 when did the IKOM start producing the Yugo type? As for the screw plates and quality of orders in general I've also noticed the significant drop of quality over time. The newer ones had that shiny look without that much of a detail.
    3. Ivan Hariš, triple Order for Bravery, Order of People's Hero and an Order of Merits for the People 1st class
    4. No problem! I've found out about this gentleman in one of Military encyclopedias (Vojna enciklopedija) so I had to search for more info online and share it here. Here's another bad photo from a museum in New Zealand with his decorations, Yugoslav officer's parade belt and what appears to be a visor hat badge.
    5. That's indeed strange. I agree that the Order of Merits for the People is most likely lower class, the 2nd class considering him being a People's Hero, "prvoborac" (I don't know how to translate this properly ) and 2 classes of Partisan Star.
    6. An interesting account of a New Zealand Corporal who became an honorary Major of the Yugoslav People's Army for his service in the Partisan forces. It's not exactly a documented group of awards but it's an interesting one for sure. https://teara.govt.nz/en/biographies/5d17/denvir-john Sorry for the bad pics, I couldn't find better ones.
    7. Another photo found on the internet. Stevo Opsenica's ribbon bar. What is the last ribbon?
    8. Thanks! Looking forward to additional info if you find some.
    9. Beautiful collection Gerd! I see your Titovka caps had arrived.
    10. People's Hero Milan Žeželj wearing an Order of People's Hero and an Order for Bravery.
    11. That's the one! Thanks! Nikolay Mihaylovich Skoromokhov wearing a Partisan Star 1st class.
    12. True. The only two Soviet made People's Liberations I saw were Kidrič's and Tito's. Here's the painting of Tito wearing that order. Unfortunately I couldn't find the photo although I've seen it many times on the internet. I better save it in my album the next time I see it. He's also wearing a Soviet Order of Suvorov 1st class and an Order of People's Hero with a ribbon for the Yugoslav Flag. I guess the painter didn't do enough research.
    13. Boris Kidrič wearing an Order of the People's Liberation Soviet type.
    14. Thanks for the input Paja! This is really impressive! Two 1st and one 2nd class. I've seen combinations of 1st+2nd and 2nd+3rd Partisan Stars but I've never seen anyone with all 3 classes. I'm not even sure if there was anyone.
    15. Sergey Georgiyevich Gorshkov wearing one of his two Partisan Stars 1st class. His daughter donated all of his awards to a Russian museum among which are his Partisan Stars. If I'm not mistaken one is a Mondvor with a screwplate and another one is an IKOM one with a double needle.
