...the 04/05 Orders Almanach adds only the Centenarmedal to the known list , not the china medal.... but it must be him with that unique combination......

I`ve got him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after only 4000 and some pages this must be him.... please confirm that it is him... I am too tired to continue... Oberstleutnant Stechow - commander of the Garde-Pionier-Bataillon Berlin !!!! In 1907 with RAO4 , DA25 , WF3a , JZ5 , NO3a , SMV2 and TO4 !!!! The CO3 must have been the retirement present because in 1908 he is not listed anymore.... Please confirm that he is my man.... Heiko

Does anybody know this 3.Reich era general? He has a nice medal bar with Austria and Japan at the end and a DSWA in the middle.... but after 33 it is not my time...picture is made in Holzminden. thanks for all ideas... Heiko

Hello all , is someone out there who can confirm that there was a Professor Esch in the imperial german navy in the year 1900 ? If yes , here he is... the year 1900 is written on the frontside , the name Prof.Esch is written on the reverse , the photo is made in Kiel... thanks for all help Heiko

Hi all, here is my personal officer of the week shure , as always , I want to give him his name back but I have a little problem with his uniform.... what uniform is that , where to search for him.... picture is taken in Berlin after 1906/07 I would say because he wears a DSWA medal... just to make no mistake - what is N°3 from last please... thanks for watching Heiko

Look what I have found......... is this a Prinzen size 1870 iron cross in his button hole or are his buttons big like apples ???? It is really small , or? photo is taken after 1884 in Glogau

I think these things are quite normal when people of different countries with different mother languages try to communicate in ONE global language - of course everybody has different skills in this language or different ways to say things.... so maybe we should meet for a beer or two and talk a bit in our mother language..... .... but wait, I don`t speak this Baden slang... :P
