Here are some more that I received today in a bit lot of LW insignia.

I received this badge amoungst a large grouping of LW items that came in today. IMHO, I believe that it is a good example.

Back... It seems as if the same maker made both of the above boards.

Here is a mint sew in strap for a Fortress troop(arty).

Here is the reverse. The interesting thing about these boards is that they were removed from a tunic... I bet these boards on a tunic WOULD HAVE been a great find! Regards Paull

Sorry for the silly question, yet I have not been able to find a copy of Angolia's yet. As a result, I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I received this set of tabs with a lot of other LW items. As you can see, the tabs are definately mouse grey in color. Does Angolia or other reference list grey as a possible waffenfarbe. I know that this color represents propoganda troops in the Heer. I also remember someone informing me that the Luftwaffe took on some of the waffenfarbe to parallel with the Heer toward the end of the war... Please help! Regards Paul

Well, The packet arrived today... after close to two months of anticipation! After looking over these non textbook tabs in person, I feel that they do indeed have a decent chance at being good. All materials in the making of these odd tabs are non synthetic. They have that certain "feel and smell" as well. I really do not know what else to do other than to post some better scans. Please do post your comments after seeing the pics. You will not hurt my feelings! I am here to learn and share ;-) Warm regards Paul
