Hi Morten I can confirm Martin,s thought about this book from HORST RIVIER,casualty I received both book (they are 2)as gift and I consider a guide to collect tallies,on the other hand you can see than I posted here a pic from a sailor and may be for sure is like yours:UNTERSEEBOOTSFLOTILLE SALZTWEDEL and by the way,the only flotille cap tally in my collection is this flotille,if you need I post pics from tally please let me know. This is seller description: Italian Submarine Crew Qualification Badge. Circular rating's badge, of thin brass which has been silvered - most of which rubbed off front, some remaining on reverse. A dolphin within a voided circlet - around which "SOMMERGIBILI". The reverse has had a brooch-pin fitting, this replaced with two lugs, one of which remaining. I would like to know how many kaiserliche marine u-boats flotilles did they exist and if are all ribbons of them rarest and scarce to find at present and finally how many years was used this FLANDERN ribbon.....
