Hi Paul The Loyal North Lancs in the last picture looks like its been converted to a sweetheart kinda thing-proper clasp pin on the back- the rarer ones are the Recce Corps and the Control Commision Germany and the Royal Flying corps-cavalry and infantry make more than corps units as with all badges condition is everything Cheers Perce
    3. Hi Dante Badges look ok most will sell for about 5-10 pounds each although some will be more ie Irish units .Have a look at the site for collectors corner in Truro he has a list and the prices are what he's seling for -will at least give you some idea Cheers Perce
    4. The stick pins are SS and SA The badge with the sword is an SA sports badge the other pin back badge withe the initials is the German sports badge Iron cross second class WW1 25 years service cross Party badge and the red and white "pointy" badge is a HJ badge Perce

U110 was launched 28/7/17 and commisioned 25/9/17 1st commander Otto Von Schubert, 2nd commander K/L Karl Kroll managed 3 patrols between 22/12/17 and the date of her sinking 15/3/18 for a total of 8 ships(32,141 tons). Attacked on 15/3/18 by the destroyers HMS Micheal and HMS Moresby surfaced but then sank 5449N 0806W with the loss of 39 crew including the commander. Otto Schatt and two comrades were found on the Monarch Isles and buried by the locals-only Otto had id and the locals raied a bronze plaque with his name on.Monarch Isles are now deserted but I reported the grave to the CWGC and the Volksbund-if you want I can post pictures of the grave on the site Cheers Perce

Hi Thought this would be of some interest Over the last few years I have researched a man Called Otto Schatt who's buried on the Monarch Isles in the Hebrides-he was a motor machinist on U110 sunk in 1918 and I have wanted to own something from the Uboat. Last year I managed to get something, A Uboat flotilla militarpas to a guy who served on U110 but survived the war-posted off before the sinking here's some pictures of the pass
    9. Hi Rebuilding my German collection( In 95 my Collection was stolen whilst I was overseas 120 badges and medals and 600 photos gone) and after several years of slim picking and collecting/ researching British and commonwealth-starting -the painful rebuild here's some of my Eagles
    10. Hi Albert Lang was from Bavaria, Pre War enlistment-served in France and then mainly in Russia-survived the war. Medals came from the family still based in Germany although they had a great time trying to get them through customs in 1996 Will post pics of them later as well as other photos I got with the group Cheers Perce
