Hello: It?s from Spain. A GC & LS award for officers. I can?t tell for sure, but the issue could be contemporary (Looks very new, -mint-) as the "Royal" crown is the same that the crown of issues pre-republican... So pre-1930, after this the medal has the republica or "Mural" crown, and after this in the franco period (1938-1975) the crown was "imperial" (open), to return to the Royal" with the Constituional Kingdom we have now...
