I have a new question and challenge about Schwarzburg : the "Anna-Luise Verdienstzeichen" (OEK 2834) : created on 1918, february 19th. Only 215 medals awarded (!)... I've seen a (bad) photo on thies catalog, but I can't read the exergue's text on obverse... (VERDIENST ... .......... ?) Can someone tell me ? And I have never seen the backside of this medal. Does someone possess this rare medal ?? Can you post a photo of the backside ? or describe it ? Thank you ! Jean-Baptiste

    8. Thank you for your help ! I possess a silver merit cross and a gold merit cross (the 2 crosses are without crown)... The silver cross is stamped "938 H" on the medallion's border, between the left and the bottom arms. So, a 1912-1917 model, in silver, according to J. Nimmergut OEK. The gold cross isn't stamped. (Weight : 11,7 g. Golden war metal or bronze ? I don't know...) Does someone have any (good) illustration of the cross with crown ? Thank you again ! Jean-Baptiste
    9. Hello ! Does someone know the creation's date of the prussia merit cross (gold or silver) : OEK N.1849 to 1853, "Preussen Verdienstkreuz in Gold/in Silber" I only found that it has been created in 1912, but I don't have found the exact date... Thank you gentlemens !
    10. Yes, I have found the same numbers... But, I have looked all Thies auction catalogs I've found on the web (15 or 20 catalogs), all websites speaking about orders and decorations, but I have never seen these medals... It is very frustrating !!!
