Textbook, I bought mine from the above Mr. Garvy for that matter! Seems the core finish on Godet crosses did not hold up well as most found are bubbling, rusting etc... On occasion a real nice example can be found. Nice cross 5tefan! Kevin

5tefan, That is a nice L/56! The frame beading screams F&B! The corners all match up well with known examples including the pinback in my collection, and the excellent example posted by Bill Garvy. I love nice worn crosses and Bills cross looks to have seen battle and survived nicly! I have not seen another F&B SB that I can remember......Great find! Kevin

Pinpon, That is a very nice cross! The ravages of time have given it a great look! Danny's cross is a great example of a well cared for cross with minor paint loss in a few areas. Now... If you told us you bought this beauty for $20.00 US then you may have well been given this! It is a great find! Kevin
