I’m leaning towards bad ! War service medal on ribbon for veterans medal and was told Turkish awards are not official medals but Souvenir pieces . Backing seems odd to me also ?

I see no silver marks on it or repeat bar and not sure box if for it . Seem it says 1st klasse on box ? Took a chance on it ?
