    1. I went to the shop again today. I was interested in a small documented group. Order of the Great Patriotic War 2nd Class (1985) Red Star - High serial number both with the order book without picture Medal for Stalingrad (with the doc) Price 250? I could get better deal from American dealers when I'll be back in Canada. Too bad everything is overprice. I'm willing to buy, but not at inflated prices like this.
    2. Gerd, I'm surprised you didn't mention Order of the Red Banner! Is that because you want to keep them for you!
    3. I haven't photograph the rare orders. I thought I did.
    4. I took some pictures of awards for sell here in Berlin. It's really interesting when you can buy your medals somewhere else than on Internet. The only problem is that the prices you see are in Euros. I'll try to look if I can't find something for me this weekend. Hope it will be affordable.
    5. JNA : Jugoslovenska Narodna Armija or Yugoslav People's Army. There is a dealer listing this badge as the "Yugoslav Army best soldier". I don't know if he is right. I do not collect badge. However, I might get a hold on that cap badge. It looks gorgeous!
    6. Dolf, here is the difference between the Russian made and the one made in the ex-Yugoslavia. So your is not the WWII version made in the USSR, but the post-war one made in Yugoslavia. I can't tell you the maker mark, but I think these where made at the IKOM Zagreb.
    7. Sorry Dolf, I haven't seen the thread. That's been a long time I haven't been hunting Yugoslavian awards! This is not the 6 torches variation, it is an early one with the 5 torches. You shouldn't count the flames, but the torches!
    8. And we have a winner! Here is the list of awards that Tito owned : http://www.titoville.com/odlikovanja.html It is said that Tito had 16 children with 15 differents woman. I guess he was a busy partisan. P.S.: By the way, Beria was from Georgia, so it couldn't have been him. By the way, what is the top right medal on the picture?
    9. Let's add something: "I had many woman in my life and I did have many children."
    10. Here we go. I have made the 1st and 2nd World War. I've been in the Red Army at the very beginning and participated at the civil war. Between the 2 World Wars I travelled a lot and participated to the Spanish civil war. During the 2nd World War, I was a local hero in my country. I was awarded many awards in my life, including some very high awards from the Soviet Union. I believe I have received awards from 59 different foreign countries or so. I also gived myself very nice awards. I really liked to show them to my friends on special occasions. Who I am? ------------------------------------ I don't know if it is too easy or if I haven't give enough details!
    11. Yeah I have cheated! This is the same pic. I'll come back later with a question. I need to think.
    12. I will try. 1. Wilhelm Pieck 2. May 5th 1953 3. Deutsches Historiches Museum in Berlin
    13. Very nice collection Allan! Seems you were at the right place to buy those awards when they came out of the USSR!
    14. Andreas, thank you very much for the specification. Why I was asking this question is because I can only count 8 rocket-ramps, so I tought they could fired 16 rocket at a time. However, when I look at period documentary they seem to fire much more than I can count the possibility on this truck. I wounder how did they loaded so many rockets on this Katjuscha? I'm going in few weeks to the Seelower H?he memorial in few weeks. I'll have a look at the Katjuscha trucks they have over there.
    15. What you can see outside the museum. The so called ?Stalin Organ? - Katyusha Does somebody knows how much rocket it could fire at the same time?
