Yes, he is in Verlustlisten as "Weidenhammer" as well. I find two references for him (during his lifetime) which seem to be independent from each other: - A 1967 book, "Deutsche Offiziere in Staat, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft" by Franz Kurowski lists Rudolf Weydenhammer with the "Ritterkreuz des Hausordens von Hohenzollern". - The German Who's Who 1970 lists him with "Hohenzollern-Hausorden". I couldn't find out whether earlier volumes list it as well.

Hptm dR Lohmeyer from Pioniere should be Paul Adolf Fritz Lohmeyer. Born 25.11.1875 in Thorn, in Verlustlisten with PR 23, later Präsident der Reichspostdirektion Frankfurt. Died 13.10.1944 in Königstein according to his death certificate at ancestry. https://www.deutsche-digitale-bibliothek.de/item/Z4CCYIBOPQCCUIXCM2OGWPPV5K3HVQXJ

Here is a Dr. Rudolf Weydenhammer (1890-1972), whom several sources credit with the (Royal) HHOX. During WW1 in Bayr. FAR 3. He was heavily involved in the Austrian 1934 putsch, later Wehrwirtschaftsführer, in the Aufsichtsrat of BMW and also Ehrensenator of Munich Univ.: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Weydenhammer In our list, we have a Robert Weidenhammer, who got the HHOX in 1917 as Major, but it cannot be him.

Same with Gottfried Fuchs from FAR 14, who we have listed as Oswald. There is a fascinating story behind this one: He was of Jewish origin, born in Karlsruhe in 1889, a very successful football player esp. before WW1. Played several times for the German national team. He had to emigrate during the Nazi era, finally coming to Canada. In 1941, he changed his name to Godfrey E. Fochs. Died in Montreal in 1972 (after some 'complicated' relations with the DFB: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gottfried_Fuchs ) Several books tell his story, such as this one (the scans below are taken from it): https://books.google.de/books?id=jb5IEAAAQBAJ

Bitterberg is also mentioned as one of three teachers with HHOX in this postwar notice (Bielefelder General-Anzeiger, 9.12.1918). The other two are Waldemar John from Spenge (Matty had him already, https://www.kreisheimatverein.de/online-bibliothek/biografien-2/john/) and Christian Stellhorn from Gadderbaum, first name acc. to Adressbuch Bielefeld (Bethel, in Gadderbaum). He is found at least until 1950.
