    2. ..third one...
    3. ...second photo...
    4. Could someone give more informations about it? When it was made? I would say its an old work (newer ribbon and hanging ring? ...It ?s made of silver, KD front side gold plated(?)...
    5. I am still looking for the badge to this cap.. does anybody has a photo?
    6. Hi.. I need help! does anybody have a miniature of Kriegkreuz fur Zivilverdienst? A friend is writing an article, but is missing some pictures he could use in the article... thanks...
    7. His Name is Gustav Graf K?lnoky von K?r?spatak. He was awarded with Order of Golden Fleece in 1887. In 1895 he was awarded with brilliants to his Grancross of St. Stephen Order..
    8. I have looked in book, MVK mKD and brilliants was awarded to GdI Eugen (!) freiherr von Albori in year 1907..
    9. Peter> Thanks for trnaslating it... but.. he was awarded MVK in 1917... could it not be that he was awarded SMVM on ribbon of MVK?
    10. Gordon: can I ask U how much did U paid for it if its not a secret? I also need one.. :D
    11. Gordon: If U cannot read the makers label... i fear ...no chance...
    12. Gordon: But the problem is, that U have a tunic of a Honv?d infantry (hungarian "Landwehr"), not of a hungarian regiment of Gemeinsames Heer... there was only one facing colour and one type of buttons...
    13. Gordon: Very nice! But I think it is not possible to identify the regiment of the k.u. Honv?d.. As far as I know, they all used the same.. Buttons - gold, facing colour slate gray. In the k.k. Landwehr there were numbers on buttens, but here.. Maybe if its signed with maker it could help... here is a part of a photo, where is oberleutnant Adam Hermann of 16. Beszterczeb?nyai honved infantry regiment decorated with BMVM, wearing this kind of dolm?ny...
    14. new in collection... nothing special, but at least something...
    15. In the book is written:"Die Ausgezeichneten im Weltkriege".. also decorated in worldwar.. In the first volume - Allerhoechste Auszeichnungen (verlaubtbart in der Zeit von 1.8.1914 bis 31.7.1915) - also orders, military merit medals and cross, merit crosses... In the second volume - Tapferkeitsmedaillen und belobungen (verlaubtbart in der Zeit von 1.8.1914 bis 31.7.1915)- bravery medals and praise ..also lot of names.. in the first book are also war awards, tables with photos, "statuten", etc...
    16. Don?t wanted to believe, but I am very lucky.. I have bought Ehrenbuch der O-U Wehrmacht for very good price, and what is the best - both volumes of the book.. So if someone needs informations from it, just write..
    17. On the promotion decree to fahnrich (dated 13.8.1913) is written, that Scholtis Jozsef, pupil of 4. grade on Nagyvaradi (now Oradea in Romania?) honved military school, is from 1.9.1913 designated as a fahnrich of 16. honved infantry regiment in Beszterczeb?nya (now Bansk? Bystrica, Slovakia).. He lived in my city (Bansk? Bystrica) as a citizen of Czechoslovakia.. Also the informations are maybe in Prague, but a lot of informations, that were there are lost.. i have already searched there for informations about my family.. but maybe he served after WWI in Czechoslovak army... we will see, i will try it, but I dont have date of birth (not even a year)... but after informations I have found, he was awarded MVK3., SMVM with swords, BMVM with swords and Karls Troop Cross... but that are awards till cca end of 1917.. maybe he was awarded later with other decorations..
    18. I thought it could be a decree for Silver military merit medal on ribbon of MVK awarded to Scholtis Joszef, a leutnant of 16. honved infantery regiment... I have became it with other documnet of this officer - 3 promotions decrees (to fahnrich, leutnant and oberleutnant), decree for MVK with KD and swords, photos, visiting cards and two books from military school...
    19. hi.. could someone translate it for me please?
    20. Hi.. what is this? is the dagger original?
    21. Ulsterman: can U add also the other side with text? Maybe it will help.. Rick: t?The first is Ok, it?s Merit Cross - Silver or gold, but I think the second one looks like Wound medal, i see there darker stripes on the edges of ribbon and one stripe in the middle - also ribbon for 1 wound... The last could be prussian order medal and the one fourth one - maybe patriotic medal? I don?t see it clear, but the loop doesn?t seems to be classic cylindral... I think it could be a patriotic medal...
