    1. Peterson was absolutely right about "lower classes". Indeed this decoration has three classes 1st class / approximately 48 mm in diameter, silver-gilt, rays enameled red; 2nd class / approximately 42 mm in diameter, silver-gilt, rays enameled blue; 3rd class / approximately 38 mm in diameter, silver, rays enameled blue. Let`s take a look at these classes.
    2. The only info that we have today about this rare and beautiful decoration came from page 171 of Peterson book "Orders and Medals of Japan and Associated States”, 3rd edition.
    3. Ok. Now something really cool and completely new! (strictly for those why are not sleeping ) Check out this piece. Woman suspension (old style) made in bronze!!! Looks like in the end there were ribbons ;)
