    1. I think it will be very useful to study a few actually issued Decorations of the Military Order of St. George Cross (just in case http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross_of_St._George) The good start will be these official models of crosses of every class. 4th class

    3. We a looking at the very same reverse!!! Reverses are identical in every little respect -patina, scratches, etc… And now lets compare obverses (Herfurth №9 specimen is on the left again)
    4. Reverse of Herfurth №9 specimen is on the left. Actually he has a rivet, although it is practically invisible because of the photo blink.
    5. Herfurth №9 vs. American auction house №9 Remeber I confused Herfurth №9 specimen with american №9? Why? This is an interesting question…. Maybe because they have identical reverses? Allow me to show you something.
    6. All these marks make you wonder if Kutsenko specimen has something similar on reverse (what usually reads as number 17)
    7. Numbers 86, 109 and 126 share one common feature scratched/engraved letters/numbers. Here they are. Mark on reverse of number 86.
