Type 3 “On green ribbon in the balsa box” The medal itself is practically identical to type 2 (although it has one pretty stable distinguishing feature - spotfin reverse). Only the box is different.

Sometimes they say that there are color yellow variation of ribbon, but it`s not a variation.. It is simply usual but colour faded ribbon.
