Interior spread off the inventors medal document... some of the wording on the medal and the doc are EXACTLY the same and the first page (previous post) matches the badge as well. The document also has a "fancy" thread on the outside.

Another group... first an overview Awarded to Sereenen Dagva Ochir Aside from the overload of documents, some very specific interesting elements: - the documented (apparently) inventors medal - the documented badge of the title of merit (another person to look up) One polar star is undocumented and we may never know whether it does or does not belong to this group.
