Here a Non commisioned/EM chest badge i have had for a while.

One piece construction..Dont remember where I got this one but didnt pay much.

Does this one look OK to you guys. Not too sure.

As you know George, my experience in handling these is not what you would call extensive.

But for what my opinion worth, I do like it.

Interesting. The badge is genuine. Has the correct stamping characteristics. The threaded post is also correct in thread size. What may fool some collectors is the texture of the reverse side. This texture makes the badge look like it is cast. In actuality, the manufacture used a very crude piece of brass sheet metal with a lot of mil scale on the back of it. Notice the gold gilting on the back side. Worn off on the front, but visible on the rear. A nice stamped badge the way it ought to look.
