Hi Larry,

I did a little reading(Vol2 of Angolia's Luftwaffe series), and it seems as if there were some at the Lower Feldwebel levels. I have never considered this.(clerks and ect).

To be quite honest, I do not know. I think that they are some sort of war time official with the Judicial Corps. It is an immediate research project.
