EK 1939 'double edge' Iron Cross motif on EK1 case & 65

curious to how rare the mentioned case is-found in Gordon's book(The Iron Cross of 1939) page 148..

also any specific maker of Iron Crosses go with these cases....

Apart from in Gordons book I have never actually seen a "double edge"motif on an EK1 case before.Very nice though,wouldn't mind one of those for myself!

BTW does the insert come out?...is it marked at all?
