Can someone tell me about this group. Chip Posted October 18, 2006 Share Posted October 18, 2006 (edited) Eduardo,The sign in the photo is too small for me to see, but the back is better and I can read the name of the sender, who is Kanonier Betz, Rheinisches Fu?artillerie Rgt. Nr.8, 3.Rekruten Depot, Langenheim, Kreis Metz.These are young trainees, who are wearing the old Dunkelblau uniforms. By the date on this card (1917) these uniforms were officially superceded, but in reality, they continued to be used by the thrifty German military.
